Furry Diversity – A Global Cultural Exchange (All Ages)

Let’s explore the furry world across the globe!

This panel is a welcoming space for furries of all backgrounds to learn about how furry culture has developed in different countries. We’ll begin by talking about the history of the furry fandom, from its origins in the United States to how it spread worldwide. We’ll go through countries one by one—USA, Canada, Mexico, and more—highlighting their conventions, traditions, music, customs, and fun facts.

We’ll also discuss serious topics such as stereotypes, discrimination, prejudice, and cultural misunderstandings. The goal is to encourage respect and curiosity toward other cultures.

Finally, I’ll give a short bonus session on how to start learning new languages, including tips, tools, and simple techniques that anyone can use!

Printed handouts will be provided so attendees can take home information and continue exploring on their own.
