Join me, Awe Tiger, for a 3 part journey into yoga, meditation, and functional movement theory. Each day will have a different focus - Day 1: Hip and Knee Health. Come explore these traditional health and spirituality based eastern practices meant to free one to the possibility of living in alignment with nature and unleashing the power of their animal body. All bodies, fitness, and ability levels are welcome. Differently abled individuals or those with mobility challenges are welcome, and modifications will be offered.
