If you've ever gone looking for good furry fiction and been not sure where to start, or where the good stuff is even hiding, you're definitely not alone. And if you're on the writing side, it can feel just as scattered: there are presses and anthologies and communities and craft resources all over the place, but nobody really hands you a map.
I pull together the resources that actually exist for furry writers and readers and talk through where to find them: places to read and discover new work, communities and workshops worth your time, presses and anthologies that are open to submissions, and a handful of craft and productivity tools (writing challenges, that kind of thing) that help you actually finish the thing. Whether you're a reader hunting for your next favorite story or a writer trying to get one out into the world, the goal's the same: connect you with the stuff that's already out there.
We're a community that reads and writes for each other, so bring your own recommendations too. The best resource lists always come from the room.
