Marketing for Furry Creators
2026-10-14 , Shasta

Let's be honest, most of us have a pretty strong aversion to anything that smells like "marketing." It feels slick, or salesy, or like you're pestering people, and none of us really want to be that person. But if you kind of flip it around, marketing is mostly just staying top of mind with the folks who'd genuinely love what you make, and that's a lot less scary.

In this panel I'll walk you through the low-pressure, community-native version of promoting your work; whether that is art, writing, merch, games, or whatever else your jam is. We'll get into why nobody's good at this at first (I'm still not great at it after 25+ years running Sofawolf), why showing up consistently beats trying to go viral, and a handful of small, concrete things you can start doing right away without burning out.

Come with questions. We'll keep it casual and figure it out together like the community of passionate creators we all are.
